Sewer Line Repair in Littleton from Our Shaffer Parkway Shop

Summit Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Electrical has licensed plumbers repairing and replacing sewer lines for homeowners in Littleton, from our shop at 8091 Shaffer Pkwy, Suite C. It’s for a main line that keeps backing up, a camera inspection that showed roots or a broken pipe, or a home sale where the buyer asked about the sewer. Your plumber explains what’s wrong and gives you an on-site estimate before any digging starts.

Plumbing service fee: $60, waived when you approve the repair. Your technician reviews the estimate with you. You can approve it on the spot or later through a link to the estimate.

Sewer Line Repair, Replacement and Camera Inspection

  • Sewer line repairs: fixing a damaged section of the line.
  • Full sewer line replacement: replacing the line from the house to the connection.
  • Camera inspection: looking inside the line to find the damage before anyone digs.
We repair and replace sewer lines by excavation. We don’t offer trenchless sewer replacement. If you’re set on a no-dig method, we’ll tell you that on the phone.

Signs Your Sewer Line Needs More Than a Drain Cleaning

Backups that return after cleaning

Roots, a sag or a broken section holding debris

Several fixtures draining slowly together

A restriction in the main line

Sewage smell in the yard or basement

A crack or a failed joint

A soggy patch over the line's route

A leak underground

Camera footage of roots or a collapse

Damage a cleaning won't fix

How a Sewer Line Repair Works

  1. Call (720) 870-1580 or request service online. Hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm. After hours: our answering service takes your call and we call back the next business day.
  2. Your plumber inspects the line, usually with a camera, and shows you what’s wrong.
  3. You get an on-site estimate for repair or full replacement. Approve it on the spot, or later through the link.
  4. We pull any permit the job needs, excavate, repair or replace the line, and backfill.
  5. We run water to confirm the line drains, then clean up.

Sewer Line Repair Costs: Depth, Length and Excavation

Sewer line repairs and full sewer line replacement are priced by on-site estimate. The price depends on pipe material, length, depth, access, excavation requirements, local codes and site conditions. You see the final price for approval before we dig.

Our Pricing Commitment. All advertised starting prices are for qualifying standard installations. Actual costs may vary based on equipment, accessibility, existing plumbing conditions, and applicable local code requirements.

A licensed Summit plumbing professional will assess the property, explain available options, and provide final pricing for approval before work begins.

Financing is available through Service Finance Company, LLC, subject to credit approval. See terms when you apply.

Sewer Scopes When Selling a Littleton Home

A sewer scope isn’t legally required when you sell a home in Colorado. Buyers commonly ask for one, though, and the state’s Seller’s Property Disclosure asks whether one was done. (Colorado Division of Real Estate, checked Nov 2026.) If a scope turns up damage, your plumber can price the repair so you know the number before negotiating.

Who owns which part of the line between your house and the public main depends on your sewer provider. Ask yours before assuming the city or district covers it.

City of Littleton eTRAKiT Permits for Sewer Work

Inside city limits, the City of Littleton Building Division takes plumbing permits through eTRAKiT; its list covers plumbing piping and other regulated plumbing work, under the 2024 International Plumbing Code. Littleton registers plumbing contractors under a Class P registration. Colorado makes the hired contractor responsible for required permits, so we pull them. Unincorporated Jefferson County addresses, around Columbine and Chatfield State Park, and unincorporated Arapahoe County addresses with a Littleton mailing address go through their county. (Checked Nov 2026.)

Columbine is about 3 miles from our shop. Homes near Writers Vista Park and South Santa Fe Drive, or Columbine Valley City Hall and South Lowell Boulevard, are about 6 miles away.
